We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders. Once a purchase has been made, it is considered final.

How to request a refund
If your order qualifies under one of the exceptions above, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for supporting photos or documentation.
Refund processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within 20 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
